做蛋糕记

昨天
终于把蛋糕的材料买齐了 ^^

做了薄荷班兰芝士蛋糕
(本姑娘第三次作蛋糕 xD)

A.)) 1.5 Butter 牛油

half Tin Condensed Milk 甜牛奶


B.)) 1cup (210g) Pandan kaya 班兰咖椰

200g Hong Kong Flour 水仙粉

250g Reduced Fat Cream

5 drop peppermint Flavour 薄荷香精


C.)) 8粒 蛋白

1tsp Cream of Tatar 他他粉

100g Caster sugar 幼糖


D.)) 200g Pandan Vanilla Powder 班兰香兰粉

1tsp Pandan Coconut Flavour 班兰椰香精


E.)) 145g/250g cheese spread/cream cheese 软芝士(应该是选一种)

*8粒 蛋黄


做法:

1, 打(A)到松白,分次加下蛋黄,打均匀,再加入(B)料均匀

2, 打发(C),把2,料慢慢搅入1,中,分为2分

* + Pandan Vanilla Powder + Pandan Coconut Flavour
* + cream cheese spread

3, 把 2,一层一层隔色蒸完.
